During Turtle Dance Music shows I highly recommend the benefits of meditation . Mindfulness and meditation are wonderful. They are highly recommended in many early childhood and cognitive development psychology books and are used at a lot of the school programs where we perform. All it is is focusing on your breathing, being aware (and letting go) of stressful thoughts/anxieties and closing your eyes for 20-minutes. It is SO SO SO helpful. And you shouldn't have to pay money for it. I came across a really great FREE meditation website:
